Do I need an account?

No. Pocket Vows works fully on your device with no sign-in. An account is optional, it backs up your vows and syncs them across your devices.

Where are my vows stored?

On your device by default. If you sign in, they’re also backed up to your private cloud account so they survive deleting the app and sync to your other devices.

How do I get a PDF of my vows?

Open the Print stage and choose Download PDF, or use the day-of cue card. The app uses your device’s “Save as PDF” so the fonts stay beautiful.

How do I delete my account and data?

In the app, open the account menu (top right) and choose Delete account. This permanently removes your account and all synced data.

Is my writing private?

Yes. Your vows are private to you, even from your partner, until you choose to reveal them. We never sell your data, show ads, or track you.
